July and August
Warren County Famers’ Fair, July 26–August 2
Hunterdon County 4H Fair, August 20–24

Come help out at the fairs! Our club has a booth at the Warren and Hunterdon county fairs. We talk to people, sell stuff, hop in the demonstration booth, and get to hang out with other beekeepers. Here’s your chance to talk about bees for hours with people who actually want to hear about it! Passes for free admission are available. Please see the fair pages for details and to sign up.

If you have used the club’s resources (Managed Mentoring, honey extractor), you are requested to take at least one shift at one fair in exchange.

Volunteers Needed!
Weed-Whacking and Light Mowing at the Club Apiaries
If you enjoy mowing the lawn, we can use a little help! The club maintains two apiaries off Rt. 31 in Hunterdon County. We need a few volunteers to come every other Saturday for like 10 minutes of mowing or weed-whacking to keep the grass down. Then you can hang out with other beekeepers and talk about your hives.
